Lead planning, ideation, and creation for content strategy, product features, and net-new experiences for eCommerce post-purchase.
Be the central point for Post-Purchase experience knowledge to help guide my team’s work for product experiences.

  • Lead the gathering of product requirements, design/engineering efforts, and cross-team dependencies to scope work for quarterly planning.

Product Designer | Lowe’s Home Improvement | October 2019 - July 2021
Improve the Post-Purchase customer experience for Lowes.com. Successfully released 7 net new product experiences. Online Returns, Line-item cancellations, Online Subscriptions, Online Protection Plans Experiences (Landing page, file a claim, plan dashboard) Merchant UI, and Communications (Delays and Lockers).

  • Lead the design and discovery exercise to roll out easy to follow experience for adding a protection plan post-purchase for the previously bought item. Which is a $5.3M top-line revenue for Lowe’s.

  • Lead the contribution of Post-Purchase insights and experiences in cross-team collaboration design workshops such as multi-store buy online pickup in-store, and end-to-end fulfillment. This helped create alignment throughout eCommerce design teams.

Lead UX Designer | LEVELWING Digital Marketing Agency | December 2017 - September 2019
We create site architecture strategies and build presentations for clients to gain sign-off and drum up enthusiasm with insightful recommendations and solutions. Then wireframe, real content while working closely with project managers, visual designers, and devs to push deliverables forward through our design process. I am responsible for effectively articulating and explaining the rationale of designs to engage in conversation with our internal team, and excite our clients in presentations.

Redesigned the top hundred pages on the company intranet to increase associate task completion by optimizing page level content.
