The User Experience Designer
My primary responsibilities are to articulate and communicate the rationale of designs with our internal teams and in client presentations. Consistently stay up to date on industry best practices and share them with our teams. Find ways to innovate on our design processes to be efficient, innovative, and enjoyable.
I collaborate with media, search, and analytics teams to create unique, fresh, and practical solutions as well as ensure high-quality designs and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Website Redesigns
Validate business requirements, conduct user research, run user testing, lead content strategy, perform information architecture, present solutions to clients, wireframe, document user interactions, configure SEO, and seed content.
UX Site Analysis
Discover and validate : business goals, target audience, audience user groups, user needs, google site analytics, and stakeholder needs. Then, perform a heuristic evaluation based on N/N Groups evaluation guide to assist the final presentation.
Digital Marketing
Landing page designs, user research, ad concepting (creative jargon), content strategy, image sourcing, visual revisions, SEO, and banner ad production using photoshop and adobe animate.

To engage teams and clients in productive conversations requires; thoroughly understanding business requirements, user needs, stakeholders' asks, your team's current technical capabilities, crafting detailed documentation throughout the design process, and preparing deliverable assets for other members of my team (developers, content creators, project managers.) And a good team bonding 3 mile muddy obstacle course.
